A Triple-Impact Competitor^® makes positive contributions on three levels:

1. makes oneself better (Personal Mastery)
2. makes teammates better (Leadership)
3. makes the sport better (Honoring the Game)

To be eligible, applicants must:

• be a High School senior (graduating in 2024)
• have an unweighted GPA of 2.5 or higher
• be a current resident of the U.S. (specifically within 120-mile radius of Tampa Bay)
• be a participant in an individual or team sport sponsored by a school or local club.

The application is open August 20 – October 6, 2023 and includes three references.

Up to 50 Finalists will be announced in November 2023 with up to 25 Winners being named in the Spring of 2024. The class of 2023 had 23 Winners each receiving mentoring from local business professionals that were once in their shoes and $2,000!
